So I have two daggers with empty grip slots, and I crafted two grips for daggers. In my upgrade->Daggers section of my inventory, it shows my two grips. But when I go into upgrade weapons at the smith, it says no upgrades available. Anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped.

While you're still at the smith, loot another crate by the Weapons Crafting table. Inside the crate should be an armor upgrade.
